Dr. Sundeep Mishra is a distinguished Interventional Cardiologist with more than 32 years of experience in advanced coronary interventions, academic cardiology, clinical research, and medical leadership. Dr. Mishra completed MBBS from SMS Medical College, Jaipur; MD in Medicine from the University of Delhi; and DM in Cardiology from AIIMS, New Delhi, followed by advanced training in Interventional Cardiology at Washington Hospital Center, Washington, DC, USA. Dr. Mishra has served as Professor of Cardiology at AIIMS, New Delhi, and subsequently held senior leadership positions including Vice Chancellor & President, NIMS University, Rajasthan, and Chairman, Cardiac Sciences, Ujala Cygnus Group of Hospitals. Dr. Mishra is currently associated with National Heart Institute, East of Kailash, New Delhi, as Senior Interventional Cardiologist.
Dr. Mishra has made significant contributions to the field of interventional cardiology through clinical innovation, teaching, research, and professional leadership. Dr. Mishra has served as Past Chairman, National Intervention Council of the Cardiological Society of India, Editor-in-Chief of the Indian Heart Journal and held leadership and advisory roles with major national and international cardiovascular organizations. Dr. Mishra has participated in several major multinational cardiovascular clinical trials and has received numerous recognitions, including the Distinguished Alumni Award from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, Visionary Leader of the Year, Education Excellence Award.
